Alcohol yields no nutritional value (apart from resveratrol in red wine and little bit of mineral in stout)1 pint of beer is the equivalent of 1 large pizza slice with pepperoni.. Alcohol is not stored in the body and is eliminated as a priority, compromising fat burning and nutrient uptake. The bottom line is, if you want to lose weight, you need to ditch the booze….
