SIRT Diet, weight loss challenge
I will be challenging the SIRT diet over the next 7 days, which apparently increases weight loss!! I am always wary of new fad diets, but this one has caught my eye. #SIRTFOODS are foods high in particular plant chemicals that activate genes in our bodies ‘sirtuins’ which orchestrate processes within our cells which influence lifespan and susceptibility to disease. Watch this space and here is a little bit more from the Telegraph! Yes you can eat dark chocolate and red wine!
I will be posting on here with my progress! Three juices a day for the first seven days may be quite a challenge and expensive, full report on cost impact and if its really do able for the average working adult.
