Massage helps boost immunity

07/10/2010

A recent study carried out by researchers in Cedars-Sinai’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences, have established that massage can have a positive effect on immunity, even after just one massage (Rapaport et al., 2010) changes in the immune and endocrine responses were found, and  these changes may help lower stress hormones and reduce inflammatory conditions.

Massage doesn’t only make you feel great, it’s actually good for your overall health.

Get some stress relief and boost your immunity…
