Massage helps boost immunity
A recent study carried out by researchers in Cedars-Sinai’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences, have established that massage can have a positive effect on immunity, even after just one massage (Rapaport et al., 2010) changes in the immune and endocrine responses were found, and these changes may help lower stress hormones and reduce inflammatory conditions.
